What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several payment methods to make your stay easier: cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and American Express. All payments are secure to ensure you can book with complete peace of mind.
Can I change or cancel my booking? Are there any fees?
Modification and cancellation policies depend on the rate selected at the time of booking. Some offers are flexible and allow for changes or cancellations at no extra cost, while others, which are more competitively priced, may be non-refundable. We recommend checking the specific terms and conditions when you book.
Flexible rate: This rate can be canceled free of charge up to 1 day before your arrival date. After this period, cancellation fees may apply according to the booking terms.
Non-refundable rate: This rate is non-refundable. Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellations or modifications are possible.
Do you offer special deals for direct or early bird bookings?
Yes, we regularly offer special deals for direct bookings on our website as well as for early bird reservations. These offers vary based on the season and availability, so be sure to check our site to take advantage of the best rates.
Check-in / Check-out & Practical Information
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed before 12:00 PM (noon). These times allow us to prepare each room perfectly for every guest.
Can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
Would you like to extend your stay a little longer? Upon request and subject to availability, we can offer early check-in from 10:00 AM and/or late check-out until 3:00 PM for a supplement of €30. Please feel free to ask at the front desk.
Do you offer luggage storage?
Yes, we provide a complimentary luggage storage service. On both your arrival and departure days, we are happy to store your bags free of charge so you can make the most of your day with complete peace of mind.
Rooms & Accommodation
Do the rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and blackout curtains?
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, all our rooms and common areas are air-conditioned. All rooms also have blackout curtains for peaceful, restful nights.
Free Wi-Fi is also available so you can stay connected throughout your stay.
Which rooms have a balcony or a specific view?
You may stay in a street-side or courtyard-side room, subject to availability. Each room has been designed to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay in a setting conducive to relaxation.
Does the hotel offer accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have rooms specifically equipped for guests with reduced mobility. However, we do offer rooms adapted for guests who are blind or visually impaired to ensure an inclusive and comfortable stay.
Is breakfast included?
Whether breakfast is included depends on the rate selected at the time of booking. For added flexibility, you can also add it upon arrival or at any point during your stay. It is available for €17 per person. To take advantage of a discounted rate of €15 per person, be sure to book it directly when you check in.
Do you offer family rooms?
For families, we offer adjacent rooms, located side by side but not connecting. An ideal way to stay close together while keeping everyone's privacy.
Is it possible to have twin beds?
Upon request and subject to availability, our rooms can be set up with twin beds to best suit your needs.
Can I request a crib or an extra bed?
The hotel can provide a crib upon request. Please let the front desk know in advance so we can confirm availability for you.
Are the rooms equipped with a kettle or a coffee machine?
Our rooms do not have kettles or coffee machines. However, coffee and tea are available on a self-service basis in the Green Room, the hotel's breakfast area.
Terms & Fees
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking. Some flexible offers allow for free cancellation or changes, while other rates, which are often more cost-effective, are non-refundable. We recommend checking the terms carefully when booking to choose the option that best suits your stay.
For bookings made at a flexible rate, cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the arrival date, subject to the booking terms.
Are pets allowed? Is there an extra charge?
No, pets are not allowed at the hotel. This policy allows us to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests.
Are there any additional fees?
A city tax of €5.53 per person, per night, will be charged in addition to the room rate, in accordance with current regulations in Paris.
A security deposit of €150 is also required at check-in. This will be refunded after your stay, subject to an inspection of the room.

Where is Hôtel Odyssey located?
Hôtel Odyssey is located at 19 Rue Hérold in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Les Halles district, near the Louvre, the Palais-Royal, and the Bourse de Commerce.
Is Hôtel Odyssey near the Louvre Museum?
Yes, the Louvre Museum is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. You can also easily reach the Tuileries Garden and the Palais-Royal.
What is the nearest metro station?
The Louvre-Rivoli (line 1), Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre (lines 1 and 7), and Châtelet (RER & Metro) stations provide easy access to the hotel and connect to several metro lines in the heart of Paris.
Is the hotel near Châtelet-Les Halles?
Yes, the hotel is located in the heart of the Les Halles district, right next to the Châtelet-Les Halles transport hub. The metro and RER lines provide easy access to Paris's various neighborhoods and main points of interest.
Which landmarks and iconic sites are within walking distance?
From Hôtel Odyssey, you can easily walk to the Louvre Museum, the Palais-Royal, the Tuileries Garden, the Bourse de Commerce – Pinault Collection, Rue de Rivoli, Galerie Vivienne and Châtelet-Les Halles. The Seine and the Île de la Cité, with Notre-Dame Cathedral, are also around a 20-minute walk away.
Is parking available?
Yes, paid parking garages are available near the hotel. They are independent and not managed by the hotel. We recommend the Indigo Croix des Petits Champs public parking garage, 200 meters from the hotel.
Is the neighborhood lively?
The Odyssey is located in a central and vibrant neighborhood of Paris. Surrounding the hotel, shops, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, and cultural venues bring the area to life, with Les Halles and Châtelet just a short distance away.
How do I get to the hotel from Roissy-CDG or Orly?
From Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle, the RER B takes you directly to Châtelet-Les Halles, close to the hotel. From Orly, metro line 14 takes you to central Paris and Châtelet station in just a few minutes.

Do you offer room service for breakfast?
Breakfast is not served in rooms. It is available within the hotel.
Is breakfast available to guests who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes, our breakfast is also open to outside guests, subject to availability.
Is there a bar?
A 24-hour bar is available on the ground floor, offering a selection of spirits, soft drinks, teas, and coffee.
Do you offer gluten-free products at breakfast?
Yes, gluten-free products are available upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for you at breakfast.
Do you offer airport transfers?
We can help you arrange a taxi transfer to or from the airport. Please contact the front desk for more information.
Do you offer options for specific dietary requirements at breakfast?
We do not currently offer specific options for special dietary requirements.
