Mediator - Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, both parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the professional belongs, namely AVENIR CONSO (formerly AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.

Rate Terms and Conditions
Cancellation or modification by the customer:
1. The customer is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
2. The terms and conditions of the booked rate specify the conditions for canceling and/or modifying the booking.
3. Prepaid bookings cannot be modified and/or canceled. Sums paid in advance as deposits will not be refunded. In this case, this is stated in the rate's terms and conditions.
4. Where the terms and conditions of the booked rate allow:
- the booking can be canceled directly on the Website or mobile services via the "View or cancel your booking" section;
- the booking can be modified directly with the hotel, whose telephone details are given in the booking confirmation sent by email.
5. If the customer interrupts their stay, the full agreed price will be charged. For prepaid bookings, no refund will be granted in this case.
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room before 12:00 PM (noon) on the last day of the booking. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged.
7. All bookings are personal and may under no circumstances be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge, for a fee or for commercial purposes.
For any complaint regarding a hotel booking, the hotel team is at your disposal.
